This sounds totally disgusting and it shows you about how STUPID some of these services can be when it comes to customer service. That's why I am glad I am where I am now, a very small provider that is inhouse with a group of accountants. At least I know that if I have a problem I can get personalized service -- it's worth the money! 		Jun 05 '02
