I bought this computer primarily for internet and Microsoft Word use, and I love it. I have it connected via DSL, and it is fast and works great. The built-in speakers and microphone are not the best, but I did buy speakers to add on. The Dell customer service is excellent and shipping was quick. I do have 20 GB instead of 10, but it is extra, not sure how much. I have had the computer for 7 months and have had no problems with it. It has a USB port, making using a mouse, webcam, printer, etc. easy to use. The CD burner works great and is easy to use, but is a bit slower than what you would get on a regular PC.
