I could say the same here in Los Angeles. I am
too angry and frustrated with this company to
even write a review on them. They are friendly
but absolutely useless, and had I not foolishly
committed to two years with them (Airtouch was
fine) I'd change in a heartbeat. The people in
the store near me are nasty and condescending.
Great review though.
