Pros: Easy to use and their customer service is helpful.
Cons: You'll often get disconnected but you should expect this with a dial up connection.
The Bottom Line: If I had to leave my cable modem and return to using a dial up ISP, this would be the one that I would choose.

| brendamh's Full Review: Stargate |
I have been online for a few years now. In that time I have used a wide variety of dial up ISP connections, but Stargate is the only one that I would actually pay to have within my own home. Here is why:
* This service is easy to use
* It would almost always connect upon the first try
* While you would often get disconnected, it was never as bad as with AOL
* Their customer service was friendly and professional
* Stargate is reliable.
So, in my opinion, Stargate really does deserve to have the * in its name :)
