OK gang, here's the deal. go the website, hit back on your browser, and you'll be presented with a 'comeback' $7.50 coupon. DO NOT USE IT! you may think you're getting a deal, but you're actually getting a smaller arrangement. yep, that $7.50 is money that is going to be subtracted from the value of the arrangement. ask a service rep and listen to 'em squirm. shady, shady company with a 60% delivery success rate (less on holidays). call and ask for shane garrett (ceo) and ask him why he likes to screw people (and why he loops the same jewel song as the hold music over and over again).
