I wish I had read that review before I ordered my Mom (in the hospital) roses for Valentines Day. Of course, like you said, a less than 60% success rate on Holidays didn't get the job done. No flowers, no explanation, just no show. Cancelling the order the day after. No email response, so after getting through by phone by using redial for 30 minutes, they offered to waive the $12 delivery charge on my $150 order. I had to explain that Valentines Day has come and gone. No need for overpriced flowers today, or for that matter, the winning lotto numbers . . . . from last weeks lotto.

Caution....Update (Reply to this comment)
by iknowflowers
Thank you for the warning...Perhaps floristsearch is not the best recommendation... as it now leads to another order gatherer! Call a real local florist in the town you are sending to and you will get 100% value for your money. Always ask for an address and phone number. The person on the phone should be the shop designing & delivering your arrangement. It's 2005, the wagon days of telegraphing your floral order across town or across the country via a middleman are no longer necessary! Order direct from a real florist for value & service. Your recipient will be so glad you did:)
