Worst Online Merchant Encountered!

I have been purchasing products online since the 1980's and this is the worst merchant I have ever encountered!
I ordered a computer system from this company and I regret having done business with them at all. Order confirmation was so slow that I called the customer service number after 48 hours to see if they had received it at all. At that time I was told that certain items associated with my order were out of stock and that I would have to wait for re-stocking before shipping. I received an "out of stock" notification the next day???
Since I paid extra for express shipping because my order was time-sensitive, it was very annoying to me that I wasn't informed about the stocking status BEFORE I ordered the system.
To make matters worse, when they finally did ship my order, they sent it to the billing address rather than the shipping address that I indicated.
I will NEVER do business with them again, even if they are selling gold for $1/oz.!
