job as always, Bryan. But, I am more interested in reading a website review for autos where the person actually made a purchase, so I get the whole picture.

Obviously, you don't know much about this type of web site.
There really isn't any shopping experience that has relevance to the site itself. If you decide to buy a vehicle, through this service, your information is simply forwarded to a local dealership, who then contacts you. At that point, the "shopping experience" is really a function of the individual auto dealership. It has nothing at all to do with this web service.

I realize I am in the minority in the ratings column, but I didn't find the most important feature of an online services review- how the shopping experience went for you. If I want to use an online store, I want to know exactly what the shopper's experience was. I can find and read a website for myself, but what I cannot find as easily is the opinion of another person who has used it. Since you didn't mention anything at all about using it, the review really wasn't helpful to me.
