"Hi,
This pet food company looks good on the web but I would advise not using them. I had a order problem with them and found them unresonable to deal with.---DO NOT give them your visa number they will charge it without your promision.
I should have know when I didn't get a confirmation email back that something was wrong. I have been able to get them on the phone but they are unbending about giving me a credit for something they admit they did not send----DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO.

Tks for the tip on iGain. That is great to know. You probably already know about ebates, but . . . if you don't, you would probably like that one. You get a precentage back on things you buy through the site.

What a terrific review Kathy! I totally agree with you about purchasing the huge amounts of pet food. They are too difficult for me to lug around but I miss the discounts I would get.
I wasn't aware that this site also had treats, toys, shampoo and grooming supplies, as well as medications. That is great to know.
I shall definitely check them out in the future, and thank you for taking the time for such a thorough review!
