The nudge I needed to make the decision. (Reply to this comment)

I like this review because distewart clearly loves this machine and her review is so easy to read.

I’ve been looking for a simple, portable, word processor, light weight and easy on the batteries for a little while. After much cogitation I decided that the QuickPad Pro came nearest to what I wanted.

It would have been preferable to try the key-board hands-on and, particularly, to evaluate the display but this was not possible in the depths of rural Wiltshire. So Mail Order it has to be.

I found this enthusiastically thorough review the next best thing to actually trying one. It was like a recommendation from a trusted friend; and the update two years on makes it even more convincing.

I shall buy the QuickPad Pro and, who knows, maybe add my own review in due course.

Thank you distewart.
