When I wanted to purchase a digital camera (see my other reviews), my father tipped me off to RefurbDepot.com. Apparently he has purchased several items from them, including printers, recorders and other electronics. So, I checked it out.
I was very impressed with the selection, and even more impressed with the price. The navagation of the site is very clean and uncluttered, and makes it easy to search and find what you are looking for, even while comparing prices! Also, it reccomends items to you, based on whats most popular and what you're looking for. It also provides complete specs on every item, which made it very easy for me to make my final decision.
I had my item delivered UPS ground, but was dissapointed that it didn't come for nearly a week and a half, though I believe this has more to do with UPS rather than RefurbDepot. I was very pleased with the quality of the packaging, everything was intact and packed well. The only disadvantage to buying refurbished products is often all original accessories are not included in the package - mine included everything except for an AC adapter for the camera, which I will purchase on my own when I need it.
I am very impressed with Refurb Depot and will be using them in the future for electronics purchases!
