Poor Customer Service!!!

Verizon customer service would not honor their contract agreement...I tried numerous times talking with them to honor their contract they never did!!!
We tell everyone not to go with Verizon...Can you hear me now??? NO!!!!! Should be their answer!!!
Got lots of minutes but could never use them! I think they used the old bait and switch routine.
No service and when the few times there was we also got dropped or it was too fuzzy you couldn't understand a word.
Don't go with Verizon...bottom line...unless you want a headache that's guaranteed.
Go with a decent cellular carrier that stands behind the customer especially if it's written in their contract by their salesperson.
