When I first subscribed to at&t service it was great! And lately it has been absolutely horrible almost to the point where I am counting down the days until I can cancel my plan. A couple of times I have been forced to pull over and use a pay phone. The average signal strength has dropped to half and if I do have a full signal it won't place a call. And your thinking oh well he must be talking about the far off reaches of Phoenix, no it's the general downtown and suburb areas. So if you live in Phoenix and are thinking about a cell phone avoid at&t like the plague. And to top it all off the customer service department is by far some of the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. So in general just avoid this service.
