Four Seasons, West Palm Beach, Florida
Written: Jan 22 '01 (Updated Jan 22 '01)
Pros:- Service, Attention To Detail
Cons:- Expensive Rates
- Limited Availability During Peak Times
The Bottom Line: Should you desire a luxury vacation, The Four Season's, West Palm Beach, Florida, is worth the trip.
My first experience with the Four Season's was at their location in West Palm Beach, Florida.. All I can say is WOW.. The level of customer service, and attention to detail was excellent.
The West Palm Beach property sits upon the ocean, off of Ocean Blvd.. It is clean, well maintained, and in top-notch condition. Upon check-in you are greeted by a warm, welcoming staff, with smiles all around. When checking in, the computer notifies the clerk if you have previously stayed at the property. This will determine the greeting you receive. Since this was my first stay, at the property, I was greeted with a "Good Afternoon, Mr. xxxxx, welcome to the Four Season's, West Palm Beach, Florida." Had I previously stayed at the property, I would have been greeted with a "Good Afternoon, Mr. xxxxx, welcome back to the Four Season's, West Palm Beach, Florida, we are glad you are back" .. Anyway, you get the idea.
My room was in perfect condition, and the staff made every attempt to help out during my stay. I had asked if there was a way to accommodate a room change, and the clerk was happy to assist me.
The facilities, which included two restaurants, gym/spa, outdoor cafe, pool, and private beach were immaculate.
The staff really makes the property more enjoyable. You have probably been to places where the staff was unfriendly, and not willing to help.. This makes the business as a whole look terrible. But this is not the case at the Four Seasons.
