Pros: Its portable and light so it can be brought to the table
Cons: looks cheap/poor quality and over exaggerated chilling times
The Bottom Line: For most people, worth it if you can get it for under $80. Longer chill times than advertised especially for whites.

Main gripes were that the Vin Chilla looks cheap. I bought the chrome version and it looked like the "chrome" you see on X-mas ornaments. It appears to be some type of spray on finish versus being a true metallic finish. Also, while it does chill your wine, it takes more time than what they claim. When they say chills in "minutes", it only brings the temperature down 10degrees from room temp. in about 4 minutes or so. However, for some whites that need to be chilled down to 40F-35F, it takes allot longer, more like 15-20minutes. Its worth it if you can get it for under $80. However, if you drink allot of wines and could get allot of use from it than paying more than $80 would be worth it. Longer chill times than advertised especially for whites.
