Terrible service, lost my ticket

I found a ticket I wished to purchase, keyed in my information. My mastercard expires this month but is good until the last day, but the website wouldn't take it and siad it was "expired". I went back, keyed in a newer card's expiration date and number, and submitted the purchase. I received no confirmation email, but assumed since I did not get an error message that my ticket had been purchased. When I phoned the company two days later, they had no record of my purchase and the tickets had gone up nearly $100. I was very dissappointed and had to cancel my trip.
