. . . audience is looking to YOU to help them make an intelligent “see it”/”don’t see it” decision.
It is fine to not provide a plot summary. But then you need to give us even more information about the cinematography, characters, script, and sound track for example.
Also, don't presume that your readers are familiar with the story line or previous films.
Check out some movie postings that are rated as Very Helpful. Those should give you some good ideas for improving content. This will make your postings even more helpful to your reader and earn you higher ratings in the process.

So what is it about? If I never saw the first movie, your review would totally throw me off and I would have no clue what you are talking about. What is the basic plot? Are there other characters besides Tommy and Will? Is it necessary to see the first one before this one?
