I ordered two boxes of toric lenses from vision direct about half a year ago. On their website they say they have 90% of the contacts in stock and they say they ship them out usually within one day. It took them more than two weeks to ship me my contacts. No lie. Because the prices were good I decided to order from them again, about a month ago I ordered two boxes of contacts, only one box has arrived, and it came in a white paper envelope without any padding. Why would they send me only one box at a time? I asked them and they apologized for the other box being one month late.

They have poor customer service. If you ask them some specific questions they will send you a brief e-mail saying something like: "We apologize for the lateness of the order. We will send you your shipment as fast as we can."

Do not buy from Vision Direct. It is a waste of time.
