You noted that Vision Direct claims to have 90% of their product offering in stock - do they have some way of letting you know what products fall into the other 10%, and what the lead time for those products might be? Do they keep you updated on delayed shipments (emails, phone calls, etc), or do you have to initiate the contact?
Also, do they have various shipping options, or are you stuck with however they decide to send the material? Are shipping costs reasonable?

You have a good start to your review here, about your experience with your two orders with this company. You might get a higher rating if you include more information though, for example:
What shipping options do they have - if any because what you described does sound strange?
Is their site easy to order from and find what your looking for?
How much better are their prices? They must be great for you to go through what you have twice now.
Any additional information that customers would find helpful in their decision either to shop here or not is great.
