DO NOT SIGN UP FOR SPRINT PCS SERVICE

The Bottom Line: Sprint PCS has the worst Customer Service, they are disorganized, take forever to help you, rude and just plain don't provide the "Customer Care" that they have named themselves after.

Sprint PCS has the worst customer service. They are completely unorganized and mess up your service.

I signed up for the Wireless Web and the lady told me that the system was down so she could not add it in at the moment. She told me that she would put the order in and enter it in the morning. I figured that they could do their jobs correctly so I started using the wireless web after 24 hours. Later, I get my billing statement and see that they have not added the service which was supposed to be free for 3 months and then $5 after that. Instead they had charged me 39 cents a minute. When I explained that the service was supposed to be working she said that since they had no record of my call (since the system were down) I owed the money (which now totaled $184). I talked to a supervisor and she also said I would have to pay.

I was outraged because I have never been treated so horribly by any business. It was not my fault that they don't know how to do their jobs. The customer service basically made me feel like a criminal trying to get out of paying for the phone charges. But in all logic, why would I all of a sudden begin using the wireless web when I never did before in my year of service and pay 39 cents a minute when I know that I can get it FREE for 3 months.

In total I had to talk to 5 different people before they cleared the charge. A supervisor did not even have to issue the credit even though they said their hands were tied and another told me they wouldn't go against a co-workers decision at the same time calling me a liar about which day I said that I wanted to start the service. I couldn't believe it! This was not the first time something similar like this has happened.

DO NOT sign up for Sprint PCS unless you want to hassle with poor customer service and long wait times.
