I have had Sprint service for just over a year now and have spent most of the first 6 months arguing with then over charges and credits.
The personnel in the stores if you can speak to them in person are usually a GREAT help or at least polite and compassionate as they also get crap service from the customer support people on the phone.
Keep a stiff upper lip and don't throw them over for Verizon (they are worse at least in my area)
