All I can tell you is that you have made a huge mistake using them for Website hosting! Give it some time and you will soon realize this was a big mistake and our reviews are real. I wish you the best of luck, and when you start pulling your hair out a month or two from now, don't come crying to us!

Well remember, they stuck us with a $50.00 non-refundable set-up fee when they advertised a "full refund, no questions asked." So actually, $6.95 X 12 = $83.40 + $50 = $133.40 total a year. Well you get the point. :)
We have found another hosting company and they have been very reliable. Your right, we should have left Infinology a long time ago. We are much happier now with our new host and will be doing a review on them soon.
