I would rate this item 10 of 10. It is great. You don't have to go threw the hassel of getting on your back and opening up your computer when you can easily install it threw your usb port. The installation took 5 minutes. You can see a difference of sound at the first try. Its really a great card. Im gonna give you guys a tip if you buy good computer speakers which only cost in like the low hundreds you can hook this sound card up to the speakers and then if you have a tv nearby(which I do) you then buy a audio cable which you connect to the sound card in the line in slot to the headphone jack on your tv if you have one. You then can watch all of favorite movies with great sound for a low price. A audio cable is like 5.00. But anyway the best at the price and beyond. The only thing I don't like are the programs which I believe are a joke. You really never use any of them execpt maybe audiostudio good editing. But it installs about 10 programs which are useless.
