In November of 2001 I wanted to make a simple change of my address, change my PCS phone # to a local number (I moved), and UPGRADE my account to their top level plan. In the months that have followed, I have had to spend countless hours on the phone with them to resolve error upon error on their part.
I have finally reached a point where I am dealing with an “Executive Account Analyst”. This has only taken in the neighborhood of 12-14 hours on the phone over the last 8 months to reach this point. Regardless of the outcome with this person, it still will not have been worth the wasted time and money spent fighting with their “customer service” department. No wonder their stock has gone belly up – I sure wouldn’t invest in this excuse for a wireless phone company.
