He doesn't speak the language. He was adopted when he was just a baby.
Good luck!

Well... (Reply to this comment)
by rader6795
...I'm Army and about an hour or so south of the DMZ in Yongsan (basically, Seoul).
As for your friend, poor guy. I'd hate to be stationed up there. If you speak with him, tell him that I'm sorry. Of course, maybe he speaks the language and, if he does, he's way better off than me.
Anyhow, thanks, Chris... good to see a familiar face.
Peace out,

.......branch of the service are you in? I have a friend in the Army stationed on the DMZ between North Korea and South Korea. His name is Derek Hankal. He's Korean as well.

Hey, Rock, long time no see!
Anyhow, yeah, I'm trying to get my act back together but we'll have to wait and see. It's been a long time since I really did much gaming outside of Asheron's Call and some GBA games. Still, I hope to pick up a few more GBA games and finish them... but first I've got to make it through Shantae.
Oh well... I've got nothing but time on my plane ride back to Korea that's coming up... yipes. Just... just yipes.
Take care,
The Asian Persuasion

Here's a familiar face. Like jeremy, I hope you get back to writing more frequently. Last review from you was before October, a LONG time.

Hey, to everyone who's commented on this humble little writing... thanks.
With that said, Scott, what the hell do you mean you've never played the game? Take yourself over to a Gamestop, plop down whatever cash it is to get the game and go.
Hell, download ZSNES or something and check my homepage as I've got the rom on my site.
Just play it, man. Just play it.

Nice to see another typically great review from you. I have fond memories of staying up all night playing this game, right up until leaving for school. LOL
Shadowrun is definitely up there on my list of the most addictive games EVER.
