On July 3rd I placed an order online for a cord I needed for a laptop. When I received the confirmation email, even though the web page said it was in stock, it listed the shipping day as the 18th. I found this odd, so decided to give them a call. They told me that their webpage was in the midst of a revamping, so the date was wrong and I would get a call on Fri (the 5th) confirming my order and it would be shipped out that day. Friday came and went, and I forgot about being told about receiving a call, and I never did receive one.
Lo and behold, that same day, I received the package via UPS. Looking at the invoice, it was shipped out on the 3rd, not the 5th like I was originally told. The package was undamaged, and I had no problems with the cord not working. I never had such fast service with a computer retailer, especially a manufacturer.
