Better Customer Communication Needed ...

Website needs a little more jazz. After placing an oder, no confirmation email is sent, until when order is shipped. In my case, 5 days. So I don't know if my oder was accepted or I thought, hmmmm did I just give out my credit card number to a fraud?...Return to opinion

I thought I should give a little explanation about my rating since you are new to Epinions.
For online reviews I know it says 20 word minimum but you can write as many words as you need to describe your experience. What people are looking for in online reviews is:
Was the site easy to navigate?
Was it easy to place an order?
Sounds like they do need to send out a confirmation when you place the order as well, but when they did send you the confirmation did you get your item soon after that?
What shipping options do they have?
How is their variety of products and prices?
Anything about your personal shopping experience with this store will help other decide whether to shop here or not.
