None better for customer service

I've used digital storage at Fototime.com for over a year now and I love it. I'm using a Canon D30 so my digital files are quite large.
With only a few drawbacks it is a very user friendly site and the customer service is second to none. I've had questions on weekends and holidays and have often gotten answers in less than 6 hours. The responses are always from a real person and they are never canned responses cut and pasted into an email like some other services I've used.
I've made suggestions to make the site easier to use and they have been implemented.
I use the site mainly to allow others to view my photos and to place orders with me for my work. Making links to your albums is quick and easy. You can generate the links and then use them in your emails allowing the recipients to just click the link to go to your photos directly.
I like to print my own photos so I hadn't used Fototime's printing services until recently. My printer was giving me grief so I ordered prints from Fototime directly. I made several mistakes and the first prints were not great. What I learned was that I needed to get the calibration print from them and make a few simple adjustments to my monitor settings. Then I had to do my Photoshop work on the files using this new monitor setting. The biggest mistake I made was not sending a large enough file size to Fototime to print from. A medium to small jpg file isn't nearly enough for a good 8x10. I had to send them the full uncompressed largest size jpg I could produce. This file took a little longer to upload, but it was well worth it. The newer prints were great.
The only drawback I see right now is that the site is not "right-click" protected, meaning someone can download your posted photo files and print them themselves. They can't doanload the original file though so they won't get a real great photo, but I'd like to see my work not be able to travel anywhere I don't want it to go. I think the folks at Fototime will address this if there are enough people like me who feel they want more protection for their files.
All in all, I love the site and it's very easy to use.
