I ordered a textile motorcycle jacket from Ridegear.com on January 12, 2008. Their website states that orders will be shipped 1-4 business days from date of order. I have yet to receive a tracking number or any communications stating the merchandise is out of stock. I've tried unsuccessfully to contact them. As others have stated their recording comes on stating customer service and sales are busy call back later, then drops the line. I too researched this company after the fact. From what I've see on this website it appears Ridegear.com is committing fraud. For those of you that had money taken out of your pocket with no merchandise in exchange may want to check out this website http://www.consumer.gov/sentinel/. If someone steals your wallet you don't complain to BBB you complain to law enforcement. This is a criminal act. Contact "Federal Trade Commission, FBI, BBB, local law enforcement" This company also supports this website and many many others. Thus help will only come from those entities I mentioned above. Stick with the well known merchandisers like amazon, ridenow etc.
