I'm learning Danish, and as I live in the state of Louisiana, it's hard to find anyone to talk to in Danish. If found some on Paltalk. Talking to friends faraway does not have to be an expensive affair. It can also be done either en masse or one-on-one. You can also type messages if need be. As there are rooms that already exist and you can create rooms, you can talk with friends you already know or meet new ones. Paltalk does have its disadvantages however. The sound does not always come through clearly. It usually comes through pretty well even on a 56k modem, but I wouldn't recommend going any lower. It can take up a lot of memory. Close what you need to ... sometimes everything you can. However, for keeping in touch and learning applications, Paltalk hits the spot.
