I have had Cingular for a year and it is the worst thing i have ever spend money on. To begin, i first shopped arround for a phone to suit me. I spoke to several cingular reps and found that the dont know ANYTHING about the phones they sell. I called cingular HQ and they also knew nothing about the phones, each person told me something different about the iR capabilites about a phone. I constantly drop calls, get disconnected, and have no service in Rhode Island. If i do get full reception it diminishes as soon as a call is placed. The service is so bad that i have had Cingular credit my for 1/2 of the bill. The plan is great, nation long dist, nights from 7pm to 7am (paied $7 extra for that. Although the plan is great the service was UNACCEPTABLE
