Beware of nasty customer service

I placed an order for a DVD. I received a confirmation number. So I told my son hewil get his DVD.
Then in a few hours, I received another -mail. My credit card was selected for random testing. I haveto photocopy my credit card statements and driver's licence and fax it to a long distance number.
I don't have a photocopier nor a fax machine. I checked with Staples andwas told that it will cost me$5.00 to do all that including long distance charge on thier fax number.
I told the customer service I am buying a $11.00 DVD and IO have to pay these extra costs ???????????
They told me I have an option to cancel my order. So I did.
Want to be the lucky one ?????
