I have been a steady customer for over 3 years, but no more. They did not ship the complete order yet show it being delivered by Fedex. We have the packing list which shows only 1 item out of 6 being delivered. No response to over 5 e-mails and phone calls daily. I am calling my bank to reverse the charge on my credit card.
