This thing is great...

I am a music producer and I don’t have enough $$$$$ to spend on an audigy platinum. So my choice was the audigy gamer, slightly because im a gamer at heart :)

Things::: Quite easy to install ... Drivers take to long to install on CD... Sound quality is great at 24bit and when sample rate is changed to 96 kHz THIS THING ROCKS!!!

Has MME, Direct Sound and ASIO support...

The eax is really honestly not all that worth it... with the special effects and such as it has a cheezy sound to it... The hardware equalizer kicks with big speakers... The digital output has the best sound quality...

The games bundled suck... Giants, very very boring not worth it...

Other then that this card kicks in games with it running solely on the sound processor if the game has support...

Overall this card rocks ! And is at a good price... The only 80$ card I can find that supports 24bit...
