Pros: reasonable rates, easy connection
Cons: high roaming, terrible customer service, wouldn't cancel contract after service-plan ended, continued billing adding fees.

there in the east, they may be bad, but here in California they are the highest rated cellular company in the state. I think Verizon in the east has a case of "easternitis" read lack of friendliness
