Pros: Fast, great adaptability. Easy to use and install software and peripherals.
Cons: Technical Help line can not accommodate the high volume of calls it receives.
The Bottom Line: It's a great computer and a good price, but I feel that Dell is only interested in selling to computer savvy wizards who do not need technical assistance.

| delsan's Full Review: Dell Dimension XPS T800r |
After using a Macintosh for years, I researched carefully before buying my Dell computer.
With Dell I could build my own system and Dell made buying the system easy.
Dell's customer service when purchasing a system is great. Any questions I had were answered immediately. Their sales staff was very well informed, however, their technical assistance left something to be desired.
Hold time for technical help is a minimum of an hour. Depending on who you reach when calling will determine what kind of help you receive. I don't feel that the technical help staff is capable of solving major problems.
