I'm also very happy with this phone. I upgraded from a 6160 because the 6360 fit the hands-free phone cradle in my car. While it doesn't have all the bells and whistles that newer phones have (i.e., color screen, speaker-phone, camera) it is still a solid business phone. Recommended.
