Buddy, i've been in an epic battle with t-mobile for weeks now in an attempt to get by termination fee waved since they have given me nothing but horrible service and headaches. i get NO signal at home. please wish me luck.

thanks for the review, i wish i had read it before i signed with them.

I'm sorry to hear that you had problems with VoiceStream.

Every cellular provider charges you for the connection of the call, not just VS.
Every cellular provider charges you for checking your voicemail.
The overage charge for the family plan is .35 per minute if you run out of minutes. If you were charged more, call Customer Service and request a refund.
If you were charged for international calls you never made, call Customer Service and request a refund. You can also disable all international dialing.

Hope you find a cell plan that better serves your needs.
