Nice job on the review, Chris. (Sorry such a bad experience.)

Listen, you don't have to rate the website. You can rate the whole experience. If you don't recommend that people rent from Penske through the website (or by any other means), go ahead and blast them with lower stars and a "not recommend".

If LandsEnd.com had a drop dead website but never shipped your order and charged you for it anyway, you'd give the store a miserable star rating, right? Same deal. Up to you. :)
