After a disappointing experience with letstalk.com I went to 1800mobiles for two new cell phones and service. They answered my emails about availability promptly, filled my order for two phones in less than 24 hours and the phones were on my doorstep on Friday, even though UPS tracking said they would arrive on the following Monday.

Pricing was the same as elsewhere -- either you get a sale price or a rebate -- nets out the same.

They were also able to process a shared plan with two phones online -- many merchants systems didn't seem able to handle that option --so they just ignore the family plans.

All and all, I am very pleased with our new phones (Motorola V-60 and Panasonic Versio) and service (AT&T Shared) and very pleased with 1-800 MOBILES for getting it all to me promptly and easily.
