I ordered a laptop for a mammoth 3200/- dollars. After a month from placing the order, the website still said "In Process". There was NO additional information about the status. Any time I made a call, the customer service agent would tell me that they had no clue why the product was not being shipped as they had all the parts required. They would also tell me that most likely the laptop would ship in two days - this happened for nearly a month.
Finally I got so frustrated that I decided to cancel the order and go with Dell instead. I canceled the order two weeks back, and till date it has not been canceled. Again, every time i call up the customer service number, they tell me they don't know why the order has not been canceled yet.
It has been an extremely frustrating experience, and if you don't want to go through a similar experience, try for your product elsewhere. Stay clear from this bunch of incompetent jokers.

I do agree that you can get better prices at other stores if you want something that everyone carries but their store is great also. I haven't been to their site much but I have looked through it and they have some interesting things there.
