They make the most durable & colorful toys I have ever seen. Customer Service is Outstanding! My children are now 18, 16 and almost 7 and we have purchased everything --sand boxes & pools to swings to ride on toys to club houses. If a part falls off,...Return to opinion

and I'm glad to see that their customer service is so wonderful. I'd love to hear more about the site itself. One of the important things I like to hear about is the actual purchase. How was it to order off of the site? Did they send you an e-mail confirmation? How were their shipping costs? How is it to navigate around the site compared to another that sells similar products? etc. Please feel free to e-mail me with any questions you may have. I will happily reply.

NP about the NH... I just wrote my opinion after I got off the phone with thier customer service. This is probably the 10th call I've made to the company in 18+ years and simply expressed how I felt about the way they stand behind thier products!
In my opinion, I believe that an epinion does not have to be lengthy to be helpful.

but you need a whole lot more detail to make this review helpful. What does the site sell? How are their prices compared to buying in the store? How about shipping costs? Is the site user friendly? Is the site slow or nice and zippy to navigate?
I would suggest reading a bunch of other online store reviews to get an idea of what is expected.
