We also have a Dimension 4300 that has had so many issues I can't even begin. Tech Support was not rude, but was absolutely useless. I have already told everyone I know to NEVER buy a Dell. Ironically, most of them said, "I know what you mean" and described similar, or even worse problems.
Too bad we're stuck - there is no complaint department for Dell - Dude, did ya notice that on all those expensive commercials?
