I know! It took me a while to get around to writing about Dell.com. It was the place I shopped on-line for my pc and printer, so it should have been at the top of my list for reviews. I just now got around to writing it out.

... I don't know if it's still in place, but as of a year or so ago when I bought my Dell, the company had an unwritten rebate policy, wherein it would refund any price drop for the identical system within 30 days. I heard about it from a co-worker, and sure enough, when I called and asked, I received a credit. The only caveat was that you could claim the rebate only once, so it was best to wait to close to the end of the period. Great job, by the way. - J.
