I stayed at the Arizona Biltmore about 6 years ago, It was fabulous! I do have to point out that I only stayed one night though. I have stayed at other fine resorts/hotels such as the Ritz Carlton and Windsor Court and nothing compared to the impression that the Arizona Biltmore left. I don't think they had their spa yet but it was still the best experience I have ever had.

I stayed in a regular room and thought it would be like any other room but I was wrong; it had a big beautiful king size bed with gorgeous linens and was furnished with quality wooden furniture. The best part was, was that the room overlooked the most exquisite pool I had ever seen. The room also included plush terry robes, and of course a fully stocked mini bar.

Let's talk about the landscaping, the whole resort was manicured to perfection with flowers, palm trees, and beautiful green grass (which is hard to find in Arizona because most landscape with sand and cacti), and the pool was to die for, it had an awesome water slide that was inside a castle, it had cabanas lining their multi-teared pool, a bar that you could swim up to and order drinks from while swimming and of course was landscaped with big beautiful palm trees. It was paradise.

Since my stay was limited (late at night) I did not really get to experience their customer service but the next morning I ordered breakfast in bed and when it arrived it was piping hot (which is rare for room service in my opinion), anyways I ate the best breakfast I have ever had in my whole life, granola with cashews, bacon and hash browns, the chef was wonderful!

Unfortunately I had to leave the next morning but after peeking at their website I have to say I can only imagine how much better the experience is now than 6 years ago, they seem to have added a wonderful Spa and have a huge range of activities to offer. I give the Arizona Biltmore 5 stars, I definitely can't wait to go back!
