In most cases, a free e-mail service will let you give them an e-mail address to send notices to when you recive e-mail. To use this to get e-mail notifications by ICQ, enter Your_ICQ_Number@pager.icq.com.
I'm nearly positive that's the correct address, and if it's not, I apologise in advance.
