The original B&M store was minutes from where I grew up and I don't know too many people who haven't bought at least one appliance from them.
I didn't even realize they were online.
Locally, they are very popular.

I hope they are as great to you as they have been for me. I have read some complaints but I feel they are isolated incidents. The price match is neat and I wish that more online stores would practice this service for their customers.

Well written review on Abt Electronics Online Store. In a time when customer service has hit rock bottom, it's nice to see a company that's friendly and really wants your business. I'm going to check them out, I think the price matching is fantastic.
