...but as someone who is trying to order internationally from the UK it's a little frustrating. The site states that the International Ordering number is available 7am - 10pm Monday to Sunday. Well, it's Saturday and I've tried countless times to call and I keep getting an answering machine - all this and a 6 hour time difference plus international phone costs to contend with too as the on-line system only allows for US and Canadian billing addresses. I can't even get a catalogue sent to me. They may be 'American Girls' but surely it's not just American girls who fall in love with these dolls?
I'm sure the merchandise, should I ever manage to place and order, will be wonderful. But,if they can't 'man the phones' on a weekend for their international number they should just keep it Mon - Fri and state as such on the website. As someone who is trying to spend nearly $500 I don't feel like I'm getting much by way of service at the moment!
I also emailed them to clarify some points before calling and they haven't bothered to reply to that either. International buyer beware.
