I am very frustrated with my SoundBlaster Audigy. It forced me to stop using Win98 because the drivers immediately crashed my machine when I tried to play sound. In Win2k, it works but after while the sound just halts. The application has to be restarted! I have waited for months but they never update their buggy drivers! I have a K7S5A motherboard, perhaps there is a conflict with the motherboard. I wish I never purchased the card in the first place.

Apparently I am being forced to type more. The card is expensive and packed full of features I never use. If the drivers had actually worked, I would have felt my extra money had bought a quality card. Instead, I have listened to chopped sound for months with no fix in sight. I can't even find any other type of sound card for sale at computer stores!
