Cons: bad service, hidden charges, never RETURED OWED MONEY

I can't believe how many times I had to call Voicestream to "readjust" my balance. They never update your request to "fix" your adjustment, and they keep billing you the "same" mistake EVERY SINGLE MONTH, so the bill adds up to hundreds of dollars! They not only billed me an extra month, when I already cancelled my service with them. THey also made tons of hidden charges. BEWARE people who use voicestream!!! if you are using EASYPAY option, DON'T!!!!! They charge the hidden costs to your account and you won't even know! unless you keep track of ALL the calls made and recieved, then you can know if the bill is billed correctly! Overall, voicestream sucks and i would not recommend them to anyone. Not only that, but they don't offer good deals. I love AT&T...and NEVER had a problem with them. GOOD customer service, no hidden charges, great calling plans, and NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER had a PROBLEM/MISTAKE at all. Even if you have, they will resolve it for you IMMEDIATELY, and sometimes credit you the mistake they make. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND AT&T for anyone who does not want to call in EVERY month to "re-adjust". VOICESTEAM IN BOSTON SUCKS EVEN MORE! After moving from hawaii to boston, both places gave me problems. i will NEVER use voicestream again, not ever in my life.
